Even though we have begun another Florida summer and even though we rally to take our children out into the heat on a regular basis, sometimes it’s just too hot to go outside. Sometimes, the heat is unbearable and you would rather be stuck indoors with a house full of bored children than face that summer sun. So, what to do? In the next month, I will be planning two little boy birthday parties for my sons. Their birthdays are only days apart so I have named this time of year our “birthday season”.
